If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund as per the terms below.
2. Eligibility for Returns
- You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of product delivery.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Return requests will not be accepted if the product:
- Is used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
- Is a perishable, personal care, or hygiene product (for safety reasons).
- Was purchased under “Clearance” or “Final Sale” offers.
3. Return Process
- To initiate a return, contact us at support@expoimpohub.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, our team will arrange for a reverse pickup (wherever available) or guide you on how to send the product back.
- After we receive the returned item, it will be inspected for quality and condition.
- Once approved, your refund or replacement will be processed.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and verify the returned product.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (for prepaid orders).
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit after verification.
- Shipping or handling charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a return.

6. Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:

Attach clear photos or a short video showing the issue for quick resolution.
After verification, we will:
- Send a replacement, or
- Issue a full refund (including shipping charges, if applicable).
Replacement product will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following products cannot be returned or refunded:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Gift cards and digital items
