2. Eligibility for Returns

  • You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of product delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Return requests will not be accepted if the product:
    • Is used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
    • Is a perishable, personal care, or hygiene product (for safety reasons).
    • Was purchased under “Clearance” or “Final Sale” offers.

 

3. Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, contact us at support@expoimpohub.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, our team will arrange for a reverse pickup (wherever available) or guide you on how to send the product back.
  3. After we receive the returned item, it will be inspected for quality and condition.
  4. Once approved, your refund or replacement will be processed.

 

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and verify the returned product.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (for prepaid orders).
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit after verification.
  • Shipping or handling charges (if any) are non-refundable.

 

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a return.

6. Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:

Attach clear photos or a short video showing the issue for quick resolution.

After verification, we will:

  • Send a replacement, or
  • Issue a full refund (including shipping charges, if applicable).

Replacement product will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days.

 

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Gift cards and digital items
