1. Introduction

This Payments, Dispute & Service Fees Policy (“Policy”) governs how payments are processed, disputes are resolved, and service fees are charged on ExpoImpoHub.com (“Platform”, “we”, “our”). By using the Platform, buyers and sellers agree to comply with this Policy in addition to the general Terms & Conditions.

 

2. Payments

For Buyers

  • Buyers must pay for products and services as per the seller’s listed terms.
  • Accepted payment methods include bank transfers, online payment gateways, and escrow services facilitated by ExpoImpoHub.
  • Buyers are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, and customs charges in their country.
  • Payments must be made in full before shipment unless otherwise agreed with the seller.

 

For Sellers

  • Sellers must provide accurate payment details and comply with financial regulations.
  • Payments will be released to sellers after confirmation of shipment or delivery, depending on agreed terms.
  • Sellers are responsible for declaring and paying applicable taxes in their jurisdiction.

 

3. Service Fees

  • ExpoImpoHub charges a fixed service fee for sellers to use the Platform:
    • Indian Sellers: ₹2400 + taxes INR annually.
    • International Sellers: $30 + taxes USD annually, or equivalent to $30+ taxes USD in their local currency.
  • Service fees are non-refundable and must be paid in advance to activate or renew seller accounts.
  • Failure to pay service fees may result in suspension or termination of seller accounts.
  • Buyers are not charged service fees for using the Platform.

 

4. Dispute Resolution

Scope

Disputes may arise regarding payments, product quality, delivery, or compliance with agreed terms.

Process

  1. Initiation
    • Either buyer or seller may raise a dispute via ExpoImpoHub’s dispute resolution system.
    • Supporting evidence (invoices, photos, communication records) must be provided.
  2. Mediation
    • ExpoImpoHub acts as a neutral facilitator, reviewing evidence and mediating communication.
    • Sellers must respond to disputes within 5 business days.
  3. Resolution
  • Possible outcomes include refunds, replacements, or renegotiated terms.
  • If parties cannot reach agreement, ExpoImpoHub may recommend escalation to arbitration or legal authorities.

 

Limitations

  • ExpoImpoHub does not guarantee refunds or enforce payments but provides structured mediation.
  • Fraudulent or repeated disputes may result in account suspension.

 

5. Refunds & Chargebacks

  • Refunds are processed only after seller confirmation of returned goods or agreed resolution.
  • Refunds must be issued within 10 business days of resolution.
  • Buyers must not initiate chargebacks without first using ExpoImpoHub’s dispute resolution system.
  • Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension and legal action.

 

6. ExpoImpoHub’s Role

  • Acts as a facilitator for payments and disputes, not as a direct party to transactions.
  • Provides escrow and mediation tools to safeguard both buyers and sellers.
  • May suspend accounts for non-payment of service fees, fraudulent activity, or repeated disputes.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

  • ExpoImpoHub is not liable for product defects, delivery failures, or financial losses arising from buyer-seller transactions.
  • Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount of service fees paid to ExpoImpoHub for the disputed transaction.

 

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • This Policy is governed by the laws of India (or the jurisdiction where ExpoImpoHub is registered).
  • Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Indore, India.

 

9. Amendments

  • ExpoImpoHub reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time.
  • Buyers and sellers will be notified of significant changes via email or platform announcements.
  • Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of updated Policy.
